Brian Smith, a dedicated attorney based in Alabama, has built a robust legal career since his admission to the bar in 1999.


Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of West Alabama, where he was an active member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.



Brian has extensive experience in jury trials, successfully handling numerous criminal and civil cases.


In 2003, Brian established his own law practice in Livingston, focusing on civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, probate, and Social Security disability.


He served as President of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Bar Association from 2005 to 2017 and is involved in various committees supporting indigent defense.


Outside of his legal practice, Brian enjoys bow hunting and fishing.
